Based in Bengaluru, she works closely with SAP’s Executive Board to advance the organization’s people, culture and transformation agenda, driving P&C initiatives across 50+ countries.
She has pioneered initiatives across mental wellness, AI, digital transformation and the future of work including Project Yellow Circle, ELIXIR, AI Developer Foundation Program and Metaverse Onboarding.
Under her leadership, SAP India earned Top Employer certification for eight consecutive years, alongside several workplace and inclusion recognitions. She has been named among India’s Top 50 HR Thought Leaders for 2024, 2025 and 2026 and was recognized as Woman HR Leader of the Year 2024 by BW People.
A strong advocate for inclusion, she has championed initiatives that enable diverse talent and equitable opportunities. Prior to SAP, she held roles at Microsoft and Wipro.
