Anuradha Rao is the CEO of PANFISH Solutions and a Senior Fellow at AIFOD (AI for Developing Countries). With a background in Business HR and ERP transformation, she brings a people-aligned lens to AI and organisational systems, writing extensively on when AI enhances work—and when it unintentionally gets in the way. She supports leadership hiring across manufacturing and tech and helps institutions navigate digital transformation and human-centred technology adoption.
With over three decades of experience, Anuradha has held senior roles at GE, IBM, Deutsche Bank, Genpact, and Mphasis. Her work spans ERP implementation, operations management, and tech-led growth for India’s SME sector, with a focus on context, user readiness, and reducing assumptions in adoption.
A prolific writer and speaker, she contributes to global AI-in-education initiatives as a Senior Fellow at AIFOD and continues to advise CXOs on leadership and capability development. She is known for making complex ideas practical, human, and actionable—bringing empathy, edge, and clarity to every session.
