Harshal is a dynamic marketing professional based in New York City with over a decade of expertise in content development and program management.
He currently plays a key role on Indeed's Employer Content Marketing team and serves as co-chair of the Pride & Gender Identity Inclusion Employee Business Resource Group for the Americas, championing DEIB+ initiatives.
Before joining Indeed, Harshal honed his skills at Time Warner Inc. and the National Football League (NFL). His background also includes a unique chapter as a professional dancer with the renowned Shiamak Davar Dance Company.
He holds an MBA in Marketing Management and a master’s degree in Communication, bringing both strategic insight and creativity to his work.
