Shahul Karim

Shahul Karim serves as the Senior Vice President, Human Resources and is a key member of the HR executive team at Firstsource Solutions Limited. In this role, he is responsible for fostering robust corporate governance, particularly within the realm of people practices. Shahul ensures that HR strategies are aligned with the organization’s vision, business objectives, and strategic imperatives, contributing to sustainable growth and long-term success.

Shahul brings over 25 years of experience in the BPM industry, with a background in operations, solution design, and business transitions. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, he played a pivotal role in Firstsource's COPC certification journey. He has also been actively involved in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and business migrations, contributing to seamless integration and operational excellence.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University, India.
